Quality Policy

Faustson’s Quality Policy is to provide high quality products and services to our customers, in the agreed upon delivery time, to gain and retain their loyalty. All Faustson managers and employees are expected to support the implementation of this Policy in accordance with their roles and responsibilities within the organization.

The following courses of action facilitate our compliance with this policy:

  • Strive to make customer’s total experience with Faustson be among the best in the industry.
  • Adopt and adapting Faustson’s annual Quality Strategies, concentrating on managing and improving those processes and practices that deliver customer value. This helps us to better understand the customer’s needs, to provide product and service quality.
  • Integrating quality management system principles and methodologies into our business and decision-making practices. These include the measurement and reporting of our performance and the practices of continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear and accurate quality information about our products to our customers and employees.
  • Informing suppliers, partners and contractors of our quality requirements and encouraging them to adopt sound quality management system practices.
  • Ensuring our products and operation comply with applicable quality regulations and requirements.

This Quality Policy is reviewed annually to ensure its content remains current with our company’s strategic objective.
