Faustson Tool was started approx. 30 years ago in 1981/82 timeframe. Many
question the unique name of the company so let us begin there. Faust is the
name of the founder's father and well, he is the son of Faust, hence
"Faustson".
Faustson initially started as an 80 square foot facility with one milling
machine and only two employees. The sole emphasis at that point in
time was to be a service to already existing shops (offload machine shop).
Faustson has experienced slow and steady growth through the years and we are
now in an approximately 16,000 square foot facility. We currently have
anywhere from at the very least 20 employees to upwards of 40 employees.
Sales and marketing efforts continue to uphold revenue expectations and to continue
diversification measures. Further establishing Faustson's reputation for their cutting edge
technologies and quality staff, which have been established in the Aerospace, Defense,
Medical, Semi-Conductor, Energy and Aeronautic industries.
Faustson is a privately held corporation and most recently: a Woman-owned small business.
The owner, Alicia Svaldi, still resides over the daily operational functions of the company. We
have quite an experienced staff of machinists and many would go the extra
step as to claim, "the best and most talented in the Western Region". The Owner and Management Team
go that extra mile to personally hand select each employee all the
way from the Director of Quality to the 5 Axis Machinist himself. The team is not only experienced but is also cohesive
and has one collective goal as outlined in our Quality/Mission Statement,
"to provide high quality products and services to our customers in the
agreed upon delivery time, to gain and retain their loyalty."
