Faustson Tool was started approx. 26 years ago in 1981/82 timeframe. Many
question the unique name of the company so let us begin there. Faust is the
name of the founder's father and well, he is the son of Faust, hence
"Faustson".
Faustson initially started as an 80 square foot facility with one milling
machine and only two employees. The sole emphasis at that point in
time was to be a service to already existing shops (offload machine shop).
Faustson has experienced slow and steady growth through the years and we are
now in approximately 16,000 square foot facility with plans of expanding in
the 2004/2005 year to at least double the current footage. We currently have
anywhere from at the very least 30 employees to upwards of 40 employees.
Sales have doubled and tripled over the last several years due
to the reputation that Faustson and the quality staff here have established
in the Aerospace, Defense, Medical and Aeronautic industries.
Faustson is a privately held corporation, the Founders Paul and Alicia
Svaldi still reside over the daily operational functions of the Company. We
have quite an experienced staff of machinists and many would go the extra
step as to claim, "the best and most talented in the Western Region". The Owners
and Founders go that extra mile to personally hand select each employee all the
way from the Director of Quality to the 5 Axis Machinist himself. The team is not only experienced but is also cohesive
and has one collective goal as outlined in our Quality/Mission Statement,
"to provide high quality products and services to our customers in the
agreed upon delivery time, to gain and retain their loyalty."
We look forward to doing business with you,
Faustson Management Team

Paul Svaldi - Owner and Founder of Faustson Tool, Inc.
33 years of experience specifically related to the art and craftsmanship of machining and manufacturing technologies.
I became a machinist at the young age of 14 years old. While attending school I worked for a machine shop in Arvada, Colorado. As my life progressed and I completed school and while attending college courses specific to machining I also began teaching machine shop courses at Front Range Community College. I decided that the passion and insight I had for this trade was something I ultimately wanted to expand upon and share with others. Therefore, in 1982 I started Faustson Tool and still play an active part in the company to date approx. 22 years later.
I was one of the first pioneers in Wire EDM here on the Front Range and from there expanded and continue to expand the technological needs of the growing industries that we service here at Faustson.
Over the course of this time being a Business Owner is not the only thing that defines me. I have also raised three incredible children and have essentially dedicated my entire life to them and to the business here at Faustson.
